Get Started as a Summer Intern. If you’re ready to make your unique mark on Visa’s culture and business, even before you’ve graduated, our internship program is the perfect place to begin. During this 3-month program, you will be a vital part of our team, experiencing all that Visa has to offer, while learning about our business.

We’ll ensure that you get a real insight into Visa, challenging work to help you build your skills as well as structured training, exposure to senior leaders across the globe and opportunities to network and socialise with your fellow interns & graduates. The internship is just the beginning; to what we hope will be a lasting career at Visa.

We are extremely proud to offer award winning apprenticeship programmes here at Visa.Since the official launch of our programmes in 2011, we have had over 80 school/collegeleavers join us, with the majority of them graduating into permanent roles within thecompany.

Currently, all our apprenticeships are 4 years long and you’ll study a degree during this time.You’ll complete 5 six-month rotations at the start of the apprenticeship, followed by a longer18-month rotation in a specialist area of the business. This allows our apprentices toexperience many exciting and challenging areas of the business.

At the end of the programme, our you will have gained a BSc (Hons) degree in an arearelevant to the work you have done at Visa, as well as other industry recognised qualifications depending on placement areas.

We’ve created the “Visa Scholarship Programme UK”, in partnership with the Windsor Fellowship, as part of our ongoing commitment to this belief.

The programme is designed to support students from underrepresented and socially disadvantaged backgrounds to achieve their full potential. This opportunity is open to eligible students who are applying or intending to enrol as a full-time undergraduate in any accredited university in the UK. You’ll receive a scholarship of up to £9200 per year to help pay for your tuition fees and an ongoing programme of support throughout your academic study.

You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with experienced Visa employees through our coaching and mentoring programmes.
