Nadia is an Afghan Danish football player who speaks nine languages and plays as a striker for Paris Saint Germain. After fleeing the Taliban as a refugee, Nadia realised that not only did she want football to become her life, but that she also wanted to inspire other girls to be ambitious. In 2019 Nadia was designated as UNESCO Champion for Girls’ and Women’s Education. In 2017, Nadia also started training to become a surgeon.
